On the former Brownfield, the 296,000 sqm site will have another hall space for contract logistics services at the end of 2021. For 8 years, Euziel International will be our new tenant in Werne, for whom we have already realized a logistics center in Witten.
Due to its convenient location and proximity to Dortmund, the former Brownfield is extremely attractive as a location for logistics services. In addition to direct motorway connections, the location also offers a railway connection for trains. With the high number of overloading bridges and sprinkler gates, Euziel International has the opportunity to expand its everyday business at this location.

LOCATION
The property is a former Brownfield. The property is built with several halls, some of which will be demolished.
PLANNING
Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
CONSULTING
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
CONSTRUCTION

In the immediate vicinity of the airport, GARBE is building a 15,500 m² industrial park and is aiming for DGNB Gold certification and will install a PV system on the roof.

The logistics centre in Osterweddingen / Magdeburg is developed in 2 construction phases with 42,000 sqm each and is divisible from 10,500 sqm.

On a 10-hectare site, GARBE is building a distribution warehouse for Hagebau Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in 4 hall sections.
