GARBE will build a 17,150 m² logistics property with approx. 150 m² of office space at the Harsum site north of Hildesheim directly on the A7.
The prospective new building will be available for up to two tenants in the first quarter of 2022. The arrangement by two opposite hall vessels allows use as a cross-dock warehouse, as well as by the expansion of a WHG film in hall 2 also corresponding goods with a water hazard class can be stored. The expansion of the office space takes place in the mezzanine level and can be extended by up to 700 m².
GARBE will have the property certified with the DGNB gold seal and will also install a PV system on the roof.
