The prospective new building will be available for up to two tenants in the first quarter of 2022. The arrangement by two opposite hall vessels allows use as a cross-dock warehouse, as well as by the expansion of a WHG film in hall 2 also corresponding goods with a water hazard class can be stored.
GARBE will have the property certified with the DGNB gold seal and will also install a PV system on the roof.
