New construction of a multi-user centre on the A 92
The production and storage property implemented in Wörth is used on approx. 8,500 sqm of hall space by the metal processing company WMU Bavaria GmbH as a second location next to the branch in Niederaichbach.
The second unit with approx. 5,000 sqm of hall and office space was co-developed in the course of the overall implementation of the project and was rented to Ekol logistics GmbH.
This location is characterized by its short distances to the A92 motorway and the direct connection to Munich Airport and the BMW dingofing plant.

Construction
The modern multi-user centre is currently under construction and is to be handed over to customers in the third quarter of 2021. The location in the structurally strong region around Munich Airport and in the course of the A 92 convinced us of the very well-cut plot. Logistics property Hörselberg
Due to the excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to bind the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH to the Hörselberg-Hainich location for a long-term lease agreement.
Logistics park Langenhagen
In the immediate vicinity of the airport, GARBE is building a 15,500 m² industrial park and is aiming for DGNB Gold certification and will install a PV system on the roof.

Due to the strategic location at the motorway junction of the A14 / A2 in connection with the existing labour force potential in the region, GARBE has acquired the property with a total area of approx. 200,000 sqm.

GARBE will build a 17,150 sqm logistics property with approx. 150 sqm of office space at the Harsum site north of Hildesheim directly on the A7.
