Due to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to bind the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH to the Hörselberg-Hainich location for a long-term lease. From September 2023, around 100 employees will perform tailor-made contract logistics tasks for the production area and pre-assembly in the automotive sector.

Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 m² hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location.
To the projectTogether with our partner, the Engler Group, we were able to conclude a long-term lease agreement with Delticom, one of the leading online tyre dealers in Europe, for a logistics area of approx. 50,000 m².
To the projectAt the Harsum site, north of Hildesheim directly on the A7, a multifunctional and flexible logistics property with around 150 m2 of office space is being built.
To the projectWith a plot area of around 27,200 m² and a hall area of 12,300 m², Hepberg, near Ingolstadt, is a suitable business park.
