At this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, GARBE was able to secure approx. 65,000 m² of land area. This is located in the industrial park of Bollberg, a district of Stadtroda in Thuringia. At a distance of 7 kilometres, the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, which connects the A4 Bad Hersfeld – Dresden with the A9 Berlin – Munich. The A4 junction Stadtroda can be reached after one kilometre without passing through town.
In the implementation of the logistics area of approx. 31,200 sqm, which will be built in perspective and without a firm tenant commitment, we attach particular importance to a modern building according to the latest ESG standards as well as to a high level of third-party usability.
