On the former “Zeus Site” in Duisburg-Meiderich, GARBE Industrial has successfully revitalized a brownfield site of approximately 56,000 sqm. Previously used by the steel industry for decades, the area has been comprehensively redeveloped for new purposes.

Location
The property is a former Brownfield.
Planning
Together with our JV partner Bremer Projektentwicklung, we are realizing the speculative construction of a logistics hall and two industrial park blocks with the general contractor Bremer Bau.
Advice
Together with our customer, we could respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
The modern logistics property was completed in early 2025. Free space in the conurbation of the western Ruhr area is extremely scarce - the demand for modern commercial real estate is correspondingly high.Maik Zeranski

Holzgerlingen commercial area
On the property in Norderstedt a functional approx. 10,600m2 of hall space with corresponding office and exterior areas is produced.
Pilsting Logistics Centre
Within sight of the A92, GARBE is building a logistics hall with a total area of approx. 82,000 m² on the approx. 155,000 m² site.
Logistics property Kottingbrunn
The logistics property in the Vienna area offers approx. 33,970 m² of hall space and approx. 800 m² of office space on two floors for your company.
Logistics property Ludwigsau
The two buildings with approx. 40,000 and 50,000 sqm are served via a central loading yard and thus shield each other from the resulting noise.
