LOGISTICS PROJECT ON THE A92 WITH EXCELLENT CONNECTIONS
Within sight of the A92, GARBE is building a logistics hall with a total area of approx. 82,000 sqm on the approx. 155,000 sqm site. This construction will be the 3rd construction phase of the logistics park in Pilsting, where the first two buildings with a total area of approx. 70,000 sqm are already owned by the GARBE fund. The property is being built without a firm tenant commitment, but a total letting to 1-2 users is assumed, since large-volume inquiries for new logistics space in this region can hardly be served. The hall area approx. 70,000 sqm was fully rented.

Construction
