Location
Located right next to the A9; The Hepberg Ost industrial estate was imposed in 2019 for a production company, which never started planning due to financial bottlenecks.
Planning
The property will be built as a business park in the Garbe Standard. Currently ( July 2021 ) the JV tender is running.

Construction
The high-quality and modern business park is to be realized in less than 9 months and can accommodate up to 3 different users. Handover: Q1 2023. For Garbe, the decision for Hepberg was decisive due to its ideal location on the A9 and the economically very strong surrounding area.Adrian Zellner

Logistics Center Bitterfeld-Wolfen
Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 sqm hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.
Walsrode Logistics Centre
On a 10-hectare site, GARBE is building a distribution warehouse for Hagebau Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in 4 hall sections.
Werne Logistics Centre
On the former Brownfield, the 296,000 m² site will have another hall space for contract logistics services at the end of 2021.
