On more than 100,000 sqm of land there is an existing area of 15,400 sqm and a new construction potential with approx. 31,000 sqm of hall space. In Holzgerlingen, GARBE was able to secure the largest available plot of land in the Stuttgart area.
On the site, 2 more halls will be laid with a focus on medium-sized companies from the commercial, light industrial and production sectors.
