Location
The property is a former Brownfield. The site was developed with several halls and buildings of a nursery, which have now been completely demolished.
Planning
Together with a selected architectural office and general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Advice
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
The modern logistics hall is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025. The Würzburg area is one of the most important economic regions in southern Germany.Adrian Zellner

GARBE was able to secure around 65,000 sqm of land at this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz junction.

On a site area of over 100,000 sqm, there is an existing area of 18,600 sqm and new construction potential in the form of approx. 30,000 sqm of hall space.

GARBE was able to secure a plot of approx. 23,500 sqm in Bodenheim. The property was acquired without a firm tenant commitment.
