90,000 sqm of hall space in a central location in Germany

The largest new construction project of the year in northern Hesse will be completed at the end of 2023. The two buildings with approx. 40,000 and 50,000 sqm are served via a central loading yard and thus shield each other from the resulting noise. In addition, a noise barrier was erected in the northern part of the property. The halls can be divided into 10,000 sqm units and can therefore also be rented out separately. In order to offer tenants the possibility of storing water-polluting substances, a WGK foil has already been incorporated into the 50,000 sqm hall.
