Location
We are building an ultra-modern and sustainable logistics hall on the site of the old dairy farm in Gera.
Advice
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
The large, modern logistics property is to be completed by the end of 2025 and then handed over to the customer. With the new property, we are securing an attractive location in the economic region of eastern Thuringia with excellent transport links directly to Gera.Adrian Zellner

Logistics Center Bitterfeld-Wolfen
Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 m² hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.

Industrial park Duisburg
Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has started redevelopment work on its site in Duisburg’s Meiderich district.
The 56,000 square meter brownfield site, which the Hamburg-based project developer acquired a good two years ago, is located on the so-called “Zeus site”, which was used by the steel industry until the end of the 20th century.
