Euziel International is our new tenant in Witten and specializes in the import and export as well as the sale of consumer goods. With several million customers a month, the company is one of the largest sellers at Amazon and now for the next 7 years tenants of this logistics center in Witten near Dortmund.
Due to its convenient location, the former Brownfield is extremely attractive as a location for logistics services. The Witten-Annen junction with the Autobahn 448, which connects Dortmund’s southwest with Wattenscheid, is only a few hundred metres away. The Ruhr Expressway and the motorways 43 Münster – Wuppertal and 45 Dortmund – Aschaffenburg are also within easy reach.

PlanningTogether with our client and the selected general contractor, we have realized the planning and implementation of the property.
