On the total site of approx. 150,000 sqm, GARBE is building a logistics park with a total area of approx. 75,000 sqm in 3 sections. The first construction phase with approx. 15,000 sqm of hall space could be leased to Kühne & Nagel.
The second construction phase with approx. 30,000 sqm was built without a firm tenant commitment, but could already be rented to the company VAH Jager 4 months before completion. The last construction phase with approx. 20,800 sqm will go into construction in the 4th quarter of 2022, with completion expected in the 1rst quarter of 2024.
