Logistics park in the north of Berlin
On the overall site of approximately 146,400 sqm, GARBE has developed a logistics park in three phases, covering a total area of about 75,000 sqm.
The first phase, with approximately 15,000 sqm of warehouse space, was leased to Kühne & Nagel. The second phase, covering around 30,000 sqm, was built without a fixed tenant commitment but was already leased to VAH Jager four months before its completion.
The final phase, with approximately 10.500 sqm, began construction in Q4 2022 and has already been completed. This space is currently still available. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested!

Construction phase 1 was planned, implemented and implemented together with our customer Kühne& Nagel and the selected general contractor. Construction phase 2 was built speculatively.

Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and make the logistical processes as effective as possible.
Construction
The logistics park in Oberkrämer has been fully constructed. The foreseeable development and logistical importance of the Berlin location as early as 2018 was decisive for the purchase of this land area.Adrian Zellner

Logistics property Hörselberg-Hainich
Due to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to bind the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH to the Hörselberg-Hainich location for a long-term lease.
Logistics center Falkensee
The property is being built on an approx. 36,000 square meter plot of land ready for construction in the Falkensee Süd industrial estate.
Logistics property Ludwigsau
The largest new construction project of the year in northern Hesse will be completed at the end of 2023.
Logistics center Bitterfeld-Wolfen
Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 sqm hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.
