Location
The property is a mixture of existing buildings and redensification through the development of a new building.
Planning
Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Advice
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction

Thanks to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to secure the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH for a long-term lease at the Hörselberg-Hainich site
Logistics Center Bitterfeld-Wolfen
Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 m² hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.
Logistics property Ludwigsau
The largest new construction project in northern Hesse will be completed at the end of 2023. The two buildings with approx. 40,000 and 50,000 sqm are served via a central loading yard and thus shield the resulting noise.
Bollberg Logistics Centre
GARBE was able to secure around 65,000 sqm of land at this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz junction.
