Location
The site is part of a former air base. Remains of the former runway and individual buildings are reminders of its military use. After its end, the area was converted into the 112-hectare inter-municipal industrial estate "Areal Pro".
Planning
Together with a selected architectural office and general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Advice
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
The modern logistics hall is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026. We believe that the revitalization of brownfield sites offers by far the greatest potential for future-oriented project developments. GARBE was able to secure around 65,000 sqm of land at this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz junction.
Production and commercial area south of Stuttgart
On a site area of over 100,000 sqm, there is an existing area of 18,600 sqm and new construction potential in the form of approx. 30,000 sqm of hall space.
Logistics property Bodenheim
GARBE was able to secure a plot of approx. 23,500 sqm in Bodenheim. The property was acquired without a firm tenant commitment.
