The new building was planned with the utmost care, taking into account the latest requirements for efficiency and sustainability.

Construction

Logistics property Hörselberg-Hainich
Thanks to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to secure the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH for a long-term lease at the Hörselberg-Hainich site
Logistics center Falkensee
The property is being built on an approx. 36,000 sqm plot of land ready for construction in the Falkensee Süd industrial estate.
Logistics property Ludwigsau
The largest new construction project in northern Hesse will be completed at the end of 2023. The two buildings with approx. 40,000 and 50,000 sqm are served via a central loading yard and thus shield the resulting noise.
Logistics Center Bitterfeld-Wolfen
Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 sqm hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.
