At the Burscheid site, the Edelmann Group company will be based on approximately 13,500 m² of hall and office space with a production. GARBE was able to agree on a long-term lease agreement with the company, which specialises in the production of high-quality packaging.
In addition to the production, the area will be expanded by a prospective hall area of approx. 8,500 m², which will be available for another tenant from the fourth quarter of 2021.
In this building, garBE specialists take on the complex requirements of a manufacturing company and pour them into the framework of a third-party property. This ensures the value stability of this property over the next decades.

The project development represents the initial settlement in the industrial area, but the remaining area is already completely reserved for other settlements.
