Engler Group and GARBE Industrial Real Estate build logistics center for online tyre dealers
Together with our partner, the Engler Group, we were able to conclude a long-term lease agreement with Delticom, one of the leading online tyre dealers in Europe, for a logistics area of approx. 50,000 sqm.
The convenient location near the three-country corner, which is particularly suitable for large-volume central warehouses, has been the decisive factor for adding an additional 50,000 sqm of logistics space for free rental through our general contractor GSE.
The location in Alsace between Mulhouse and Colmar is located directly on the Autobahn 35 and offers fast connections between the border triangle Germany-France-Switzerland. Basel and Freiburg can be reached in a 30-minute drive, while Strasbourg is less than an hour's drive away.
Planning
Together with our client Delticom and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Consulting
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
Completion of the logistics center is planned for 1.11.2020.
For Delticom, the convenient location was the decisive factor.

The logistics property in the Vienna metropolitan region is particularly noteworthy for its divisibility from 5,000 m² and the possibility of cross-dock delivery.
