LocationOur customer approached us with the selected plot. With the direct connection to the A1, the very good connection to the A27 and thus also the direct connection to the A7, the north of Germany can be optimally covered.
PlanningThe test fit was specified by our customer and deepened by controlling our team and translated into the building application.
ConsultingTogether with our customer, we can respond to all the necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
ConstructionThe 3-storey goods distribution centre with a floor area of approx. 42,000 m² is to be realized in less than 15 months and then handed over to the customer.
We are very proud to have been selected by our customer as the preferred project developer for this highly complex new construction implementation. In this respect, we were able to score points both in the competition and in the actual implementation through our technical knowledge advantage and our flexibility over our competition.Christian Lange
