Stefan Wierzbinski becomes Head of Investment Management at Garbe Industrial Real Estate

Hamburg, 6 June 2019 – on 1 May 2019 Stefan Wierzbinski took charge of Investment Management at Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH.

Stefan Wierzbinski (48) is the new Head of Investment Management at Garbe Industrial and is responsible for the structuring of new investment products at the national and pan-European level. Before the move, he spent a number of years as Executive Vice President Europe and Managing Director at GRANITE, a REIT listed on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges. There he was responsible for the European real estate portfolio in the asset classes industrial and logistics in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and the UK.
