Join our online panel on the interest of Asian investors and occupiers in Europe’s logistics real estate markets. We will first look at rent and yield performance and expectations before exploring which European markets are attracting Asian activity, which business models and investment strategies are emerging, what shapes investment and location choices, and how rents and yields factor into these choices.

The webinar will draw on the latest GARBE PYRAMID MAP for the first half of 2026, covering prime rents and yields across 122 European logistics regions, alongside forecasts for 88 top markets developed with Oxford Economics.
