GARBE and Union Investment have invested EUR 85 mln into a 39,300 sqm logistics development at Rotterdam Pernis – located in the Port of Rotterdam 🏗

The property is fully leased to Rotterdam-based European logistics service provider Neele-Vat for 15 years. ✍️
