Garbe Industrial leases to DP World in Wörth an der Isar

Hamburg/Wörth an der Isar, 20 November 2025 – Garbe Industrial welcomes DP World, a worldwide leader in logistics and trade, as a new tenant in its multi-user property in Wörth an der Isar (district of Landshut, Bavaria, Germany). DP World will occupy around 5,000 square metres of warehouse space to handle warehousing and contract logistics for a customer in the automotive sector.

The existing property is located on a 33,300-square-metre site in the Moospoint industrial estate and has a total of around 13,600 square metres of warehouse space. It is divided into two units, the larger of which has been leased on a long-term basis since its completion in 2021. DP World is now moving into the smaller unit following a change of tenant. Logivest acted as an intermediary for the tenant.

This unit is equipped with five dock levellers and a sectional door at ground level. It also features a unique 1,150-square-metre loading tunnel equipped with a sprinkler system, allowing for ground-level side unloading. “The quality of the property and its convenient location were key advantages for the new lease,” emphasises Lisa Krusche, Commercial Asset Manager at Garbe Industrial.

Due to its immediate proximity to the A92 motorway, which connects Munich with Deggendorf, both the Bavarian capital and Nuremberg can be reached quickly, while the B299 federal road provides a direct link to regional business locations. Wörth also benefits from excellent rail connections, enabling the transport of goods by rail.

Like all Garbe Industrial project developments, the multi-user property has been built in accordance with the latest sustainability criteria and has been certified in accordance with the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
