Garbe Industrial leases logistics property near Regensburg

Nittendorf/Hamburg, 11 December 2025 – Garbe Industrial has successfully leased an existing property in Nittendorf near Regensburg in Bavaria. Amtoimport Electronic Commerce GmbH will move into the logistics centre with a total area of approximately 17,700 square metres and store, pick and pack consumer goods, such as household, garden and fitness equipment as well as office furniture, and prepare them for shipping to international e-commerce customers.
The property is located on a 33,400-square-metre site on the edge of the Pollenried district in the immediate vicinity of the A3 motorway, which connects the site with Nuremberg and Frankfurt to the northwest and Regensburg and Passau to the southeast. Regensburg city centre is approximately 17 kilometres away, and the centre of Nuremberg is about 100 kilometres away.
The partially two-storey property has a storage and handling area of around 13,700 square metres. In addition, there are around 3,200 square metres of mezzanine space and around 800 square metres for offices and social rooms. A notable feature is the spacious, fully racked special storage area. The logistics centre is equipped with 15 loading ramps and an additional delivery area with a low ramp for the loading and unloading of trucks.
To meet the requirements for battery storage, the site is being modernised in terms of fire protection. “We are delighted that the necessary conversion work has enabled us to fully meet the tenant’s requirements for the property and that we were able to conclude a long-term lease within a few weeks,” emphasises Faika Biriz, Regional Head of Real Estate Management at Garbe in Stuttgart.
