Delivery Highbay Warehouse Almelo

We are proud to announce the completion of a state-of-the-art highbay warehouse in Almelo, developed by GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands, in partnership with investor Rasmala and contractor Systabo B.V.

The completed building comprises a total floor area of approx. 29,000 sqm, including office space, and was developed as a tailor-made solution for a global, stock-listed customer. The facility reaches a height of 25 meters and has been delivered according to high sustainability standards, including a BREEAM Very Good certification.

The new warehouse will be used by the customer to operate advanced logistics processes and includes preparations for full automation.

Thanks to this completion and the integration of advanced technologies, the customer can streamline various processes and activities in an optimal way. The official handover was celebrated with a festive opening event hosted on site at XL Businesspark. This event marks not only the successful completion and delivery of the building but also a continued commitment by GARBE and Rasmala to developing high-quality, sustainable logistics infrastructure in the Netherlands.
