Garbe has officially entered the Italian market in 2022 with the acquisition of their first property, Castel San Pietro, Bologna. It is composed of two connected buildings, with a total surface of 83.595 sqm. Following its construction the property obtained in October 2023 the BREEAM In-Use (Very Good) certificate, thanks to features such as, installation of LED lights in all of the interior spaces and the presence of photovoltaic solar panels on the roof.

Garbe has jointly acquired Castel San Pietro Property with Union Investment, following the end of its construction, in December 2022. With an area of 83.595 sqm, it has already been entirely leased to four tenants: a 3PL, a manufacturer and a retailer (Alce Nero, Arcese Trasporti, Berardi Bullonerie, with long-term leases).
