Garbe has acquired in 2023 his second property in Italy, Tortona, Alessandria. It is composed of two buildings, one with an area of 27,960 sqm and the other one with an area of 25,040 sqm. Following its construction the property obtained LEED Gold certificate, thanks to its air-to-air direct expansion heat pump VRV system replacing gas for heating and cooling, while ribbon windows and skylights embrace natural lighting additionally to the LED lights in all of the interior spaces.
