Garbe Development Project in Covo: the Mileast Logistics Park

Garbe in JV with other investors are currently developing their second project, the Mileast Logistics Park, that is placed in one of the most industrialized areas in Italy, both in terms of employment and per capita income from industrial activities: the Greater Milan area and, specifically, the East submarket of “A4-BREBEMI”. Mileast is LEED Platinum certified, achieving full self-sufficiency in water and energy consumption thanks to custom-designed solar panels and lamination basins.

Location

Covo Logistics Park is located just 2 km from the Romano di Lombardia highway exit along the A35, which connects the capital with Brescia and Bergamo. The asset stands at a crucial junction for both national and international traffic routes.

Planning

The land plot was acquired in December 2023 by IT2Logimac, and then transferred to an Italian fund managed by Prelios SGR. Garbe has also started a development project on this land plot and construction works will begin in 2025.
