Prague, 21 January 2026 – Accolade Group is entering its second joint project with GARBE Industrial Real Estate (GARBE) in the Czech Republic. It is investing in the development of GARBE Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, which upon completion will offer 55,000 sqm of modern industrial space. The investment’s valuation exceeds EUR 60 million, which corresponds to more than CZK 1.4 billion, significantly supporting the economy of the Ústí Region as well as the entire Czech Republic. Both the construction and the subsequent operation of the park rely primarily on Czech construction, technology, and service companies, ensuring that the vast majority of the invested funds will remain in the domestic economy.
“This investment brings billions of crowns into the Ústí Region, not only through the construction itself but also through related services, local employment, and the long-term development of the region. Moreover, we work with Czech suppliers and partners, so the capital does not end up abroad but stays at home. These are precisely the kinds of projects that have a real multiplier effect. They prove that strong regions are the foundation of long-term prosperity and a competitive national economy,” says Milan Kratina, CEO at Accolade.
The start of construction was announced at the end of 2025, and the first column of the new hall has now been installed. The main tenant will be the renowned global company Reckitt, a leading manufacturer of consumer products in the areas of health, hygiene, and home care. Reckitt has leased the majority of the 35,000 sqm hall, and negotiations with other premium tenants are currently underway.
“We are pleased that our projects attract investors like Accolade from the very beginning. This follows on from the successful first phase in Klášterec nad Ohří, where we built, fully leased, and recently sold industrial premises. Together with Accolade, this is our second joint venture, the second location, but the first joint development, so I believe the resulting project will become a long-term part of their portfolio,” adds Martin Polák, Managing Director at GARBE for Central and Eastern Europe
The new modern hall at GARBE Park Klášterec nad Ohří II meets high technical standards, including a clear height of 12 meters, loading docks, and direct drive-in access. The location stands out for its strategic position and excellent transport accessibility. It connects to a first-class road with direct access to the D7 motorway, has fast links to the D8 motorway to the north, and also to the D6 and D5 motorways heading south. Thanks to these routes, the park is also ideally connected to Germany, especially Bavaria and Saxony.
GARBE Park Klášterec nad Ohří II represents an attractive location for companies linked to the German market or those focused on logistics, warehousing, light manufacturing, and e-commerce. The park offers high-quality Class A industrial space, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, a green facade, and rainwater reuse for flushing. Sustainability is also a key focus. From the very start of construction, the project complies with ESG requirements, the EU taxonomy, and BREEAM certification standards, ensuring that both the development process and the completed building meet the highest standards of sustainable and environmentally responsible development.
