On the former Brownfield, the 296,000 sqm site will have another hall space for contract logistics services at the end of 2021. For 8 years, Euziel International will be our new tenant in Werne, for whom we have already realized a logistics center in Witten.
Due to its convenient location and proximity to Dortmund, the former Brownfield is extremely attractive as a location for logistics services. In addition to direct motorway connections, the location also offers a railway connection for trains.
